Attracts wanderers to your city, which increases your mercenary points

Notes

• The Fountain is less effective than the Obelisk, but you can create one in every town.

• If you posses more than one fountain, a bonus of 10% to the mercenary points is granted for each additional one. So if you have e.g. a fountain of level 2, granting 950 points, and three fountains in total, you will receive a 20% bonus to each one, resulting for the first in 950 + 190 = 1.140 mercenary points in total.
